Hi, I'm Lou!


A longstanding consummate professional, Lou Blum is a REALTOR® working with LoKation Real Estate Brokerage in Pompano Beach, FL. Representing Broward and Palm Beach Counties’ homeowners and future homeowners, Lou is unparalleled at listening to and addressing his client’s needs on both the selling and buying side. Since selling or buying a home is life changing, Lou’s focus is to provide all clients with a seamless and successful residential real estate experience. Lou’s insight and involvement in the communities he serves helps as an added benefit for sellers and buyers within those communities.



Lou has had a prolific career as a director and senior project manager in the field of commercial real estate development, construction, and architecture for the past 34 years. This experience has given Lou the ability to have strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively in all work environments. It has also given Lou the ability to have successful negotiating skills required for seller and buyer’s representation. Lou, having graduated from Clemson University with a Master of Architecture degree and the University of Maryland with a B.S. of Architecture degree allows Lou to have a unique perspective on residential properties to leverage client’s wants and needs. 



Lou also has a registry of professional service providers to assist in his client’s buying and selling needs, including stagers, painters, designers, handymen, and inspectors. Since Lou is associated with LoKation, he also brings the ability to have clients utilize inhouse services through The Closing Team for title/escrow, Millennium Mortgage for mortgages, and K Insurance Services for insurance.
